Epic Bromance with my big bro

You tell me that you’ve got everything you want
And your bird can sing
But you don’t get me, you don’t get me

And Your Bird Can Sing – The Beatles

It’s totally random, we know it, so why not?

Selepas membaca buku Natsume secara selintas, maka tidak heran bila pemikiran kami mendadak rada filosofis. Selama beberapa lamanya kami membicarakan mengenai haiku Natsume dan berusaha menganalisa (cieee… Istilahnya :p) apa arti haiku tersebut

“Take a stone for your pillow and the current to rinse your mouth”

Alone
From childhood’s hour I have not been
As others were; I have not seen
As others saw; I could not bring
My passions from a common spring.
From the same source I have not taken
My sorrow; I could not awaken
My heart to joy at the same tone;
And all I loved, I loved alone.
Then- in my childhood, in the dawn
Of a most stormy life- was drawn
From every depth of good and ill
The mystery which binds me still:
From the torrent, or the fountain,
From the red cliff of the mountain,
From the sun that round me rolled
In its autumn tint of gold,
From the lightning in the sky
As it passed me flying by,
From the thunder and the storm,
And the cloud that took the form
(When the rest of Heaven was blue)
Of a demon in my view.
Edgar Allan Poe

On Oath
As I went to Bonner,
I met a pig
without a wig.
Upon my word and honour.

Apa coba artinya?

For me,

Alone by Edgar Allan Poe depicts a story of a man, who was so lonesome ever since childhood that he lost his sense of morality. The reason for his loneliness was his inability to socialize and ‘be normal’ like the other kids, which resulted in his confusion to see what’s right and what’s wrong. Later he associated his oddness to the works of God whom he associated as the demon. Because why did god made him so different and thus so alone?

Bagiku,

Kata kuncinya ada di Bonner dan pig with out a wig. ‘Bonner’ as in a hard on, which could mean a brothel. And ‘pig without a wig’ as a politician playing truant. So…. There’s a man who went to the brothel and saw a supposedly esteemed politician playing hanky panky in that place. Upon his word and honor he swear.

It’s not that bad…

So, Happy Thursday night everybody!!
